Distribution Process

Our distribution process is consistent and efficient to meet the needs of our customers. The process begins with the packaged product being shipped across the border in Farmer’s Best-owned shipping trucks and arriving to our distribution centers in Nogales, Arizona and McAllen, Texas. Having our own trucks allows us to efficiently coordinate shipments and arrivals so our customers know exactly when their products will be available for pickup. Once the products are ready, our clients’ trucks arrive at our distribution center and are carefully loaded by the Farmer’s Best team.

Customer Service

We are very proud of our outstanding customer service. Our sales team gets to the office early enough to accommodate the east coast markets that want to purchase Farmer’s Best products. With personnel that have been working with Farmer’s Best for over ten years, our sales team is experienced and efficient when it comes to serving our customers.
